Ad Copy for KitKat Chocolate

Creative copywriting #2

A student (roughly around 14 years of age) is studying (at a study table.) They are solving a maths question which is apparently taking too long to be solved.

With their left hand resting on their cheeks (elbow rested on the arms of the chair) and a pen in their right hand, they stare at the time on their wristwatch. The student yawns and sighs - as they look exhausted with hours of solving maths equations. Just then their elder brother walks from behind, takes the pen off their brother's hand and replaces it with a Kit Kat.

The younger one looks up to his brother in wow, returns the gift with a smile and quickly unwraps the chocolate - while the elder brother gulfs his hands on his brother's head and plants a brotherly kiss. Both brothers smile at the soft music being played in the background, as the ad comes to a pleasant end.

Both these videos (ads) (Kit Kat and Recess) are inherently small footages (keeping in mind the concentration span of the consumer and the duration an ad gets these days on television and digital) yet sort of meaningful content with less dialogue exchange - primarily focusing on the content itself.

I believe, pleasant sounds and fine acting would be of mega importance in the execution of these campaigns. These aren’t the final drafts, and editing them further would make them look even more exciting.
